Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of TripLinq and our services.

Welcome to TripLinq (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our mobile application (“App”) and related services, you (“you,” “user”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TripLinq, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TripLinq (or older if required by your country’s laws).
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use TripLinq only for lawful purposes and not to:

Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Violate the rights of others (including intellectual property or privacy rights).
Attempt to disrupt or misuse the app or its services.

4. User Content

You own the content you create (trip plans, notes, documents, expenses).
By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and share your content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

5. Collaboration and Sharing

If you invite others to collaborate, you understand that they may see and edit the trip information you share.
We are not responsible for how your collaborators use or share that information.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription.
Payments are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Their terms and refund policies apply.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TripLinq if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal risk for us. You may also delete your account at any time through the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TripLinq is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripLinq and its team will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” or via in-app notification.
